Through the information gathered we have developed a unique and accurate customer service satisfaction survey that is conducted by a third party independent. To achieve the “A” team shield, you need to go through a set of tests and complete various types of surveys at a top percentage rate, which we believe is necessary to achieve. With a fully filled comprehensive research team, these tests and surveys have been strategically developed to better understand the psychology behind the industry and captures all areas to make a clear understanding of what it is where trying to accomplish on an everyday basis. Through this process, our employees will be able to learn not only the standards of excellence in the moving industry, but also, the awareness of everyday life choices and knowledge they acquire to better improve their own personal responsibilities as an individual.
Equipments Standards
All fleet goes through a set of tests every morning before leaving the facility. Drive and crew properly make sure that all gas, tires, mechanic, and electric system is kept up-to-date to stay within the guidelines the company requires for daily use. Fleet is washed down prior to drop at day end, inside and out for efficient management organization following business day.
